Welcome to Frannie's Bandanas & Things! By browsing our website and purchasing our handmade goods or subscribing to our boxes, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Overview & Our Products

Frannie's Bandanas & Things offers custom, handmade textile crafts, pet accessories, and related items. Because our items are handmade, slight variations in fabric pattern placement, stitching, and sizing may occur. We do our best to display colors and textures accurately, but actual colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.

2. One-Time Purchases

Payment: Payment is due in full at the time of checkout.

Processing Time: Because many of our items are custom or made-to-order, please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be packaged and shipped.

Shipping: Shipping costs and estimated delivery windows are calculated at checkout. We are not responsible for carrier delays once the package leaves our hands.

3. Bi-Monthly Subscription Boxes

By signing up for our subscription box, you acknowledge that your subscription has an initial and recurring payment feature, and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation.

Billing Cycle: You will be automatically billed every two (2) months on the 18th of the renewal month.

Shipping Schedule: Subscription boxes ship bi-monthly during January, March, May, July, September, and November on or around the 1st of those months.

Cancellation Policy: You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your Subbly customer account profile. To avoid being billed for the next upcoming box, you must cancel your subscription at least 14 days before your next scheduled billing date.

Refunds on Subscriptions: Past subscription payments are non-refundable. If you cancel after a payment has processed, you will still receive that final bi-monthly box, and your subscription will not renew again.

4. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

One-Time Items: If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unwashed, unworn by pets, and in their original condition to qualify for a return or exchange. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Custom Orders: Custom-made items or personalized orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

Subscription Items: Individual items inside a subscription box cannot be exchanged or returned. If an item arrives damaged, please email us a photo at franniesbandanas802@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can send a replacement.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including product designs, text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Frannie's Bandanas & Things and is protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or resell our designs without explicit written permission.

6. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted directly to this page, and your continued use of the site or subscription service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
